This is miss universe 2007 is Rio Mouri from Japan.
A 20 year old girl from japan wanted to start a international dance school now she has been crowned as miss universe 2007 on monday. Rio mouri trembled in the awe as the diamond-pear are sturdded crown was placed on her head. It is held in Mexio city.

She dropped her crown in her excitement. I also read that Miss USA fell on her but during the evening wear segment...LMAO
