Google search- don't you think Google should do something about it?

I am talking about Google Image search. Do you get unwanted pornographic results on Google search images? I searched the word 'beautiful' on Google today, it showed me some nasty pics of naked girls captioned 'beautiful'. This kinda thing hasnt happend for hte first time. I typed 'funny' I got something terrible, and then I typed 'long hair' some other gross stuff popped up. For every search I make I get a naked girl or soemthing even worse on the search result. Is there a way I cannot get these kinda results on Google? Like a block or something??
