no i don not think so. The intellect depends solely on the kind of brain development and has nothing to do with the use of hands. But yes, a left handed person can be more skillful than a right handed person in certain skills.

I am left handed and very good at creative stuff, not as good with numbers, but I am usually good at estimating how much one cup is or a pound is of something just by looking, but I figure that is just experience. I am a bit logical and can visualize what something would look like before it is finished, but I figure that is my imagination. However I consider that I am creative because I love stories, and am a visual person and I do not want to be known as a Philistine. But my father was also left-handed even though they changed him at school, but he was not creative, but then he was. He changed his name from German to English, but then he reversed the initials. I would have made it different.

I am both. The right and left side of my brain switch and take turns and I can almost feel it when it happens. I think everybody's does to a certain extent. It's complex and takes work to control and use to my benefit, otherwise it be a cause for confusion. But I like it, i just have to make the best of it, ya know? :-)

Some say left handed have more creative/artistic capacities, but I am right handed and I think I am artistic enough (sometimes more than I should be, my imagination goes far...).

I think right haned people have a stronger left brain and are more good at numbers or alike. Left handed people have a stronger right brain and are more good at image concerning things and maybe have a better memory.

Not too sure which part of the brain lefties dominantly use. I know left brain people are arty farty, into literature and stuff and right brain people are more analytical and like to see patterns and stuff...how about you? are you right handed or left?

I think that left handed people are more into right brain activity and smarter in the ways of right brain use while right handed people are more into left brain activity, so both kinds of handedness are up in their intellect for that part of the brain functions so people are really about the same in intellect.
