I feel like some curry and I wish to make Beef Curry in Pumpkin tonight, here is the recipe, and it surely sounds very yummy to me: BEEF CURRY IN A PUMPKIN (Serves 4) Ingredients 1 small size pumpkin 150g beef, sliced 270ml chicken stock 3 tablespoons oil 3 tablespoons coconut milk 3 tablespoons evaporated milk 1 tablespoon curry powder ½ teaspoon sugar pinch of salt some onion, red and green pepper. Steps 1. Open the pumpkin up by cutting off the top of it. Remove the seeds. And steam over boiling water in a large pot for 15 minutes. 2. Heat up a frying pan. Add oil, onion, red pepper and green pepper to stir-fry until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry until the beef is half done. Set aside for later use. 3. Heat up the frying pan. Add coconut milk, evaporated milk and curry powder and bring to boil. Add chicken stock and bring to boil, season with sugar and salt. Add the beef, onion and pepper in to cook until the sauce turns a little bit thickened. 4. Pour the beef curry into the steamed pumpkin and serve immediately. Mmmm... tacos sound awesome. My wife and I have a tradition, it's Tuna Fridays. We head over to Subway cause their tuna sandwiches are only $2.99 on Fridays. We like to walk to Subway, which is about half a mile away, and walk back for dinner. If we are tired, then we'll make tuna sandwiches at home.

It is a hot day, so hopefully I can take the kids out to dinner tonight. It is horrible touse the stove with this heat. It heats the whole house up. Tacos are a good chice though. Maybe we willg o with that if we don't go out. Or maybe leftover spagetti... I don't know. But thanks for reminding me to figure something out by posting this topic.
