Snoring - Snoring is a condition. Not just a social problem.
It is a health condition when someone snores very loudly while sleeping. Snoring is worsen by obesity and nasal congestion. Leading to sleep apnea in some - pause in snoring, followed by gasping or snorting. Patient can stop breathing literally. There are products out there that claims to stop snoring. But i do not really know if they work. - Lyn

I dont snore whne I sleep, I have noticed I only snore when I get so tired during the day and when I lay flat in bed. Its when I get so busy and have done many household chores during the day. Though I maybe soundly sleeping I know I am snoring.

There are medicine out there to at least stop the snoring. It is believed that the snoring come because of the blocked nose.. some sort of inflammation or dilation of blood vessel...can't remember that but something to do with the sweeling of the wall or lining then it blocked the airways and cause snoring. Read somewhere, sometimes it can be caused by dust mite or something. You can look up on the internet.. but the medicine is available... here we have Snore No More - that is the name..

I don't snore. Snoring is a serious problem as it might portend some health issues, or it will "simply" disturb your roommate.
