I am really pissed off right now...

Okay, here is the deal. I have been busy creating my own online business the past week. I have created the website, I've got the products I want, and now, I am awaiting my domain name. I applied for my domain name over 48 hours ago. Since it was taking so long for it to be registered, I called the hotline to see what the deal was. Well, according to who I talked to, my order didn't go through.
I will have to re-register and re-submit my credit card info in order to recieve my domain name. It was supposed to be active today so I could start advertising, but it is NOT ready. I am so pissed about it.
I was hoping to get my website up and running today, but now it looks as if I will have to wait in order for the company I am going through to show I have paid.
It is almost ridiculous. I am tired of talking to helpers over the phone because they help me out none. I am tired of dealing with these people because every person says something different. One person tells me to call a different number, one persona tells me to wait a week in order for it to go through, and one person tells me that it should be working.
Well, I have tried all options in order for it to work,and I have called all these numbers to help. Still, nothing has worked. I will have to do it all again and spend $20 more dollars to get a domain name, although I have already paid this amount.
It has really pissed me off because I have been so excited about it latelly. And the worst thing about it is the fact that I cannot do anything more until they open again on Monday. The help line has just closed a few hours ago!
I am so aggitated. I wish I couldv'e gotten my website up and running today, but I guess I will have to wait. I am so pissed about the whole ordeal.
How would you feel in my shoes? Would you be calm, impatient, or even beligerant?
I am really contemplating on being quite beligerant to these people because each person tells me something different, I am ready to tell these people off.
What would you do in my shoes? Would you be upset? Would you be understanding or would you be impatient like me and demand an explanation?

I'm not sure who you are using for domain registration and hosting and it sounds like the problem is with them.
I have used godaddy in the past and I've never had problems. Your next big issue will be with who you choose to host your website. I would recommend http://www.futurequest.net/ as they have great features and excellent support.

Well prehaps there might be some communications break down yea ... if the service isn't that good , i think you might complain to some of their managers or even to some authorities on customer service , how could they treat us like this after we had paid !! we should get our customers right .Give them a harsh scolding if you are fiecre enough , you have the rights to do that but don't overdone or else it will be hard for you domain to start working yea lol ... anyway do share your webby with us after you started it ok !

I am very sorry for you, I know what is to be like that. Of course I would be impatient and demand explanation! They weren't that lazy when they took your money, did they? Where is what they have been paid for?
Well, I don't know how all this works, but perhaps you could try a free webhosting as beta while you sold out this... just an idea that came to my mind, but of course I would be beligerant and wouldn't have the nerve to think on that...
