Where will you take your vacation this summer?

Home? Travel in a Foreign country? Your own country? Alone, with one more or many? Or will you have a vacation at all?

We are just in two days getting ready to go on a trip to Michigan from Ohio, not to far from home ,but my husband is from the New England states and hasnt seen much down this way so we are going for three days to macknia city. Other than that we probley wont go to far this year probley just around the state.

We are traveling to New Jersey to see family. How much of a vacation it'll be remains to be seen. It will probably be the last time I ever see my cousin or my uncle. My uncle is 85 & the doctors have given my cousin 6 months to live.

I am origin NJ (Camden County), but my folks have passed. What little relatives I have left are not worth talking to and my daughter relocated to NC. I live in WV. Sorry to hear your vacation will be so sad.

Can't get much further west in NJ & still be in NJ. My mom's family was from Piscattaway(sp?) & dad was from Atlantic City. Now my uncle & his son (mom's side) live in Little Egg Harbor Township & my aunt (dad's side) lives in Egg Harbor. I've got good family up there, but its over 1500 miles & I just don't get up that way. Heck, I have been to see my sister in TN since the 1990's some time - tho she comes to town frequently because of mom & mom's poor health. My brother also lives in town so I'm not alone in helping my mom.

My family will be staying close to home this summer, although we do have a little bit of fun planned. We will be taking a weekend camping trip next weekend, as well as maybe a couple of other day or weekend trips in the area.

Always in the united kingdom. I don't like going aboard for holidays, I would only visit foreign places for touring reasons which I don't really count as an holiday. A holiday for me counts "family" which would involve family related things. ^ I get that from my dad's side of the family lol ~Joey

We just came back from recent vacation last weekend at llelanaue and trverse city winery testing.It's so much fun! However we are now planing for another vacation to ohio where my husband's sister lives.We plan to camp , golfing,and fishing...I'm so exited for my coming vacation.
