What do you do to cool down?

I to relaxing with a movie or a series on TV. But I have a problem, I never se the ending of the movie or the tv-program. The problem is that I always fals to sleep before it ends.....ZZZZZ

I sometimes have a tendency to close my eyes as well.haha. Or i get sidetracked with other things

I realy wonder why you can not stay awake when you have decided to watch TV, DVD of VIDEO. I sometimes must se a movie over and over again, becouse I just can not stay awake. Have you seen "the rose" with Bett Middler in leads? I have tried for five times, so may times it has shown on TV, but I still havent seen the end, I have always faling a sleep about ten miniuts left of it. bu t of course , the movie is more than two hours long."smile"

That´s relaxing, I´ve started thre blogs. One for diary, one for a way to shoe people how to earn money on internet, and one where I give tips to others. The best one is the diary. That´s realy a way to relax and I usualy listen to music at the time I write down my words. Than´s for responding. Youré right it´s fun and cooling down to write down some things you thinking about.

Shopping??? Is that relaxing???? For me that is realy hard time work. I do not like shopping. Never have. I do my shopping from the net. It´s faster, cheper and more fun. It´s more relaxing than walk in stores with lots of people.
