Make Money By Just having a site open

I found a great website that allows you to just have a site open and it pays you up $0.75 a hour, not to bad. Add me as a friend and i can give you some other great websites like this one.

That's $18 each day, and $500+ per month. I'm a bit skeptical. What's the minimum payout? Did they pay you? Where are they supposed to get the money to pay you? Mind posting the link here?
