What do you usually do when you find out somebody backbiting against you?

I've done these to some and I'm pretty sure there are also some people who do the same thing to me. LOL sounds like karma huh?! and now I want to hear from those who knew that they are stabbed from their bakcs.. I hope I'll hear from all of you who are affected!

Well if I don't know about it, it won't affect me at all, but, if I find out about it, you better believe that I am going to do something about it! The first thing I do is go and confront the person, in case somebody just started a rumor! And if they admit it or I think they were doing it, just the confrontation will make them be aware that I am willing to do something about it! Most of the time this puts a stop to it!! Backstabbing is just something that I cannot stand!
