In working as a team, what do you like and dislike?

We won as a team in boat making contest. I guess the vital part of winning was teamwork. We decided as a team. And most of the members contributed to each part of the design.
I think I was lucky to be in a group where everybody desired to win. I appreciated how each members contributed labor in creating our toy boat.

working in a team makes us to learn many things like co-operation,coordination,managing of ones responsibility.it also helps in generation and exchange of ideas.but the biggest disadvantage is that there may be one or two members alone working for the desired goal,misunderstandings,arguements.as u said ur lucky to be in a group of co-operative members.for a team to reach the desired goal, it depends on the members..

Cooperation is a key to success. I agree with what you said. We are simply different, others may not participate in working and can cause failure of the group. Welcome to mylot my friend. God bless!
