Do you think you're better than your boss?

Sometimes i get this silly feeling that i know more than what my boss does. I can do things without his supervision but he can't do things without my assistance. It's kind a bitter to think that my boss asks me what to do instead of what is my suggestion. How about you? Do you still feel the same way?

I've been in the same situation before, and I had to change jobs, I just can't work for someone that I do not have respect for, or someone that I am not willing to work for!
