Women, have you experienced the misfortune of getting blood on white pants?

I have, back when I was in beauty college. We had to wear white uniforms and one day one of my friends fortunately let me know she could see blood on my pants. I couldn't go home and change, because I didn't have a car at the time, I rode the bus. Luckily my friend let me know and I happened to have a sweater with me that day. I ended up just tying the sweater around my waist the rest of the day and got away with it.

Oh yeah. Me and millions of other females have done the sweater thing. Thankfully, now days we can reach for a Tide pen and it all goes away.

oh, yup. but just once. hehe. it happened during my second day of class during my first year in highschool. i was wearing not white pans but white skirt. when a male classmate came up to me and whispered that i have this red stains on my white shirt. i felt so embarrassed but he smiled and said "it's natural, don't be." and so, i smiled and thanked him. and my classmate since their house if just right next to the school, she called home and asked their maid to send a skirt for me to borrow. and then, that was it. kinda embarrassing... but happens to most of us girls!

I've been really lucky to have never had the uncomfortable experience of a visible stain but, in the past few years, each month has been difficult and nerve-wracking. Things can get really bad, really fast and no matter how much I prepare, it doesn't help. I've been out shopping and have had to say to my husband, "we have to go home RIGHT NOW"... and I really hate that :( I have a daughter who is 13 so, naturally, due to start at any time. She has all the tell-tale signs. I prepared a small pouch for her that looks basically like a girl's wallet. She can carry it in her backpack and, if any of her friends (or heaven forbid, one of the BOYS LOL) sees it, they wouldn't know it contains sanitary supplies. I just don't want her to have to endure that mortifying experience of starting in a public place and being unprepared.

Oh yes. My first few years as a registered nurse we wore white uniforms. (then the trend became scrubs in various colors) There were many times that I ended up with blood stains. (my own and those of patients!) I finally started leaving a clean pair at work in my locker for those times that I found myself needing a new pair of pants! Currently I am menopausal. Yes the mood swings are terrible, the dry skin is a pain, but not having that monthly is heavenly!!!!

I had to wear white pants for one of my jobs, and I did have accidents in spite of all my precautions. I always brought extra changes of clothes just in case. It got worse going through menopause, when I had to put plastic garbage bags on my car seat in case I leaked red puddles. I've often had to use the covering up with a sweater trick too. I'm glad that's all over.

those guys are so cruel. they should understand the situation that girls are in. it is not our fault that we go through these menstrual periods, it is a matter of natural occurrence. it is good that i had no classmates who were like that. i would have scolded them. boys must be considerate of girls also. i have taught this value in my children.

I havent yet, vortunately, but my friend did. We were in a job training rom, where there were guys as well. Then my friend suddenly walks out of the room n we see bloood all over her pants, n the chair as well. She didnt know that, or probably had realised that, thats y she got up. But the guys kept staring at the chaor, n some even criticised her for being careless. We couldn't take it nymore, n I shouted n them.N then my poor friend cried so bitterly, n said that she was not entering the training room anymore. Our trainer was a male, n one of the guys matured guys told him wat happened(he didnt ridicule her),nthe trainer turned out to be the most understanding n sensible man I have encountered so far. He tried his best to make sure she didn't feel embarrassed, n madeone of the girls sit with her in other room.Luckily she had a shawl, so could cover it up.

Yes,I did.It was really a special experience.A classmate told me there is blood on my trousers.Fortunately, nobody knew about it except her.So I sat on my seat until all the classes were over.At that time I felt nervous but didn't know how to deal with it.Ididn't go home until all my classmates left the classroom. Then I hurried to my home. It's a good memory. From that time,I knew I had changed into a big girl from a kid.

Back from high school, taking our final exam and by the time I was passing my paper on the front desk.. a classmate of mine near me whispering.. "Hey, you stained your skirt with blood.." and as I looked at my skirt, "Oh my... thats a huge blood stain there.." I was so embarrassed but quite lucky since she was the only one who saw it. Everyone was so busy answering their papers. whew! And I was really in front of them... ,

Oh Lord do I ever remember an experience like that. I was in the eight grade. Boy can school age kids be so cruel. Good thing my mother moved and I only had to spend a half of year at that school. I was so humilated. I have never wore white pants since. Nor will I ever again.

not white but bright yellow. I was wearing a skirt and it came on and I didn't even know. A strange lady came up to me and told me that the back of my skirt was full of blood. Like what can you do in the middle of nowhere, I had to wait until I got home on the bus as well.

Its really unfortunate and under this circumstance others also do the same. i.e as quickly as possible try to quit from the place and fortunately for you there was a friend to help. so try to be aware of these situations

this is likely to happen if we will be wearing white pants or skirt when we have our period. i have experienced this many times when i was still a student in college and our uniform was all white, too. it was easy to deal with. ladies will always be helping one another. we will immediately go the comfort room with some chalk. after having wiped the skirt with a wet clean cloth, we will wipe it dry. then some chalk will be applied. gone will be the trace of blood. as for your case, it was much easier tying that sweater around your waist.

I did when I was back in school. I didn't really noticed it until one of my classmate (girls) started to pat my white skirt with the one of school bord chalk eraser. With a bit of white chalk dust, my sweet friends managed to camouflage those blood stains. And when the school was over, I immediately put my shirt hang out to cover my skirt so I can walked home without people starring at it.

It wasn't white pants but a pretty pair of lavender pants. I was in junior high at the time. I had a real bad stomach ache at school one day. I asked if I could go home but the school nurse told me to lay down for a while, she thought the stomach ache would go away. About an hour later she came in to check up on me. My pants were covered in blood. I stood there wishing that a great big hole would open up in the floor and swallow me up. Needless to say I didn't get to go home for my stomach ache after all.
