I've heard that rice is a natural appetite suppressant.

I know that rice is full of carbs. But, it's low in fat. And, some cultures eat primarily rice based dishes and seem to do well. Do you think it's true that rice could actually help you not feel hungry? Have you had any success losing weight or keeping it off with rice diets or rice dishes?

I beleive reduce consumption of rice helps losing weight but it seemms work better for those country who consume rice in their primary meal.It makes such a different if you cut off rice from your diet.
