Do you remember the Challenger

Just to gauge the ages of members here, how many remember the Challenger exploding on takeoff and where were you.
I was in the 4th grade and remember class being interrupted by an announcement over the intercom and our teacher scrambling down the hall to get a television.

Yes I remember it. I believe I was in elementary school as well watching it. It is one of those memories I will never forget unfortunatlly. So sad.

oh boy i am 31 and if i remeber right I was in the 3rd or 4th grade also, we followed the story a great deal since she was a teacher and I remember we got called to the cafateria and they let us watch the story unfold on tv.
