How to keep track of Investment?

I am very bad at savings. How should one keep track of his expenditure and savings. Well, anybody at MyLot who may give an idea about how track of income and expenditure. Please Help Me as it is very difficult to cope up with expenditure as it is always more than savings.

you can load your computer Micorsoft Money its a very nice software.
I will also tell you some simpler one also later.at present i do not remember those.but i would find it for you.
