What activities will you with during with your kids while school is out?

School is out for us in a few weeks. I am looking for some fun and cheap ideas.
I do have 3 boys- 1 will be in special needs school for most of the summer until 1pm each day. The other two will be going to camp for a few days.
What else?

outdoor waterparks are fun! and free! which is always a bonus!
my kids love the zoo, which does cost money, but you can bring a lunch and drinks to save some cash. our zoo also has lots of interactive things for the kids to do.
my kids love to go for walks so we take tghem to various places just to walk and explore. like downtown, small lakes arolund the city, some ponds that are in the city

The bickering really drives me nuts. They bicker about everything....."he wont play with me!" and when i do get them to play together...its "he stole my toy!"," i dont wanna play with him/her"
its never ending..........
