i feel guilty posting something like this. i mean, killing time is a crime! most people now are busy all day, scurrying off form one job to another, engrossed in posting and commenting, etc. but what would we do if electricity went out, no TV, no computers, no radios, I-pods are dead, and we are left with the sound of silence ringing in our ears? i'd read a book.or plant a tree. or maybe go for a swim!

there are a lot of posts which are like this but this is an interesting post however. for me, if the electricity went out, i would go mountain biking and enjoy the beauty of nature or i would play with my remote-controlled toys, i still play with those toys and enjoy them a lot.?

haha! nice one. its good to know that when all the devices that helps us tune out the world fail, nature is always there to help us pass the time.or better yet, we could make helping nature be our past time ;)

There is one very interesting thing we used to do when electricity went, that is we used to play antakshari, that is a song game in which first one person sings a song then the next person sings with the last word of that song. At times me and my sister sing all the songs we like.Hope you liked the pass time

haha! that's one thing i've never heard of before, probably because we dont have that song in the philippines. but before, especially in the provinces, when the lights went out during the periodic brown-outs, we'd all gather around and tell stories and sing, sometimes, so i guess it's kind of like what you would do ;)
