Do you reward yourself, even tho you know you shouldn't?

You tell yourself its a treat, because you have worked so hard, and that you need to do it, its ok because you deserve it! But your Dr. has put you on a diet...... you need to loose some weight. So you reward yourself with a beer and chips even tho you know its against the rule..... How often do you do this? Is it worth doing in spite of what your DR. says?
