No-minimum.com - can someone give me feedback on this?

Is is a good website to earn? I joined myLot because my friend posts really great discussions here and the extra earning is great though wasn't really thinking of earning a lot anyway. A friend emailed me this no-minimum website that she wants us to try. Do they really pay and what do you do with the points?

I just relatively joined no-minimum and it seems to me that it is a good site. I don't know what to do with the points either. I have not come up to being paid by them so I can only wait and see.
