Clean, Soft and tender hands: Do you like this in a girl? or a guy?

I love to take care of my hands. Like it clean and soft all the time. Some guys like it some doesnt and i wonder why. Personally i love hands that are clean and soft and tender even for guys. Having such a hand doesnt symbolize that they are tardy or lazy but more of they just know how to take care of them. Am i right?
I have nothing against rough hands, i just simply like mine SOFT. :)
Guys and Girls: Do you like your hands clean,soft and tender? Or you prefer them to be Rough?

Hi.
Its same here too. I like my hands to be neat and clean, though keeping them soft after my lessons in boxing is a bit tough, but I alwasy take good care of my hands and boxing gloves. I keep them clean and often let my boxig gloves soak some sulight so that hte effect of sweat can be lessened.
