If you're in the Northern Hemisphere that is. LOL So what are your plans? Are you doing anything special to celebrate? Planning a ritual or just a simple celebration? To be honest I haven't begun planning any kind of a ritual yet to celebrate. Something always seems to happen. But I've got a nice day planned out for the family, hopefully it won't rain. LOL My day is planned out here. http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474977018374 Now I've got to work on a small ritual for this year.

To be honest, May was such a busy month for me I haven't enough thought about June yet! I had my anniversary and my son's very first birthday in May. =p The weekend before Summer Solstice there's a local festival called Bridgefest here, so there's that to consider too. I would like to take my son down to the playground/beach to play, and then probably have a ritual that evening. Something small for just the three of us, the little family as opposed to the big family that includes my close friends. Usually for summer solstice I try to do things that are very physically active, like dancing. =)

Summer solstice is a particularly important day for our family as it's also my son's birthday. But I've been pretty busy lately & under the weather with evil allergies acting up, so I've yet to start making plans.
