Do you wish you'd had more children, while you still could?

My husband and I have just the one child. And, don't get me wrong, she is an amazing person. On the one hand taking care of her is a full time job, which leaves room for little else.
However, I'm worried that our time will run out to have another baby if I wait too long.
At some point mother nature is just going to close the door, and say "no more time!"
Did you wait to long and then simply ran out of time with the biological clock?
Do you regret not having more children?
Or, do you think you made the right decision to keep your family a smaller size?

I'm not planning on having any more children, but since I'm 26 I guess it's hard to say what I will think about it later. I have one child now, and he's a treasure. =)
I suppose from my viewpoint with having the health problems that I have, the doctors have suggested I not have any more children anyway. And if I were determined to raise another child, I would probably prefer adoption anyway.
