Hey buddies, just wanting to know your opinions about this matter of 'sweaty hands'.
I have known a friend which her hands are getting to sweat and begin to watered like everytime she do something, like writing, doing her projects and just about majority of the stuffs she ought doing and working. She told me once that it truly bothers her a lot and she get very conscious when she's about to hold another hand and in a crowd place, she don't feel comfortable shaking other people's hands because of her own hands going to sweat a lot.
Could this thing be normal? What causes her to have such a sweaty kind of hands? Can this problem be cured by any means of remedies or herbal meds?
I'd like to help my friend about this by your giving opinions and shared thoughts about this very matter of hers. Thanks everyone!

I have it and it only gets indussed by eating and drinking things with Caffenie in it. Have him do an experiment and see for a week what happens if he doesn't have any and let me know what your thoughts are on that.

Excessive sweating, whether it be hands or underarm,etc...is known as Palmar Hyperhidrosis I have always been told that when you sweat, to put powder on. Tell her to keep unscented powder in her purse, and use it whenever she feels sweaty. That is what I would do. However, here is some professional advice:

I have always had sweaty hands and was very embarrassed by it until I went roller skating and they had a couples skate. I asked a girl to skate with me and she said yes. As we skated my hands began to sweat and I apologized for my sweaty hands. She smiled and said, "Oh, don't worry about your hands, my hands sweat a lot also." That made me less concious about my sweaty hands.

That's sounds so sweet both of you have this kind of matter too and are much more comfortable because you both got it as well :-). Thanks to the lady she'll get out the uncomfortableness off you, and that's a great thing at least it gives you of less conscious. :-)

I think she could have some problems with her internal organs. My father is into reflexology and I remember him telling me before that those with sweaty hands may have some bladder or liver problems. I suggest you let your friend check with a doctor or even a reflexologist if she is comfortable consulting with them.

Thank you cdparazo for sharing. Yeah, I would surely tell her about that to get a check with a doctor concerning her problem about her sweaty hands, hopefully she will take an action about it to make her at ease and comfortable when it comes to do some works.

I have a friend who has sweaty hands too. Very sad for her. She has to go for treatment every 2 weeks or so. I understand that the problem can never be completed removed. There are surgical procedures that claim to remove the problem permanently but the real success rate is very low compared to what's claimed.

It is quite possibly the way your friend's metabolism is. I don't have sweaty hands, but suddenly for no reason my whole body temperature can go high. This has happened since I caught Asian 'Flu back in 1980. I have had tests with the doctor and hospital and nobody can say what's wrong, so I just live with it. I have a big fan that I often put on, even in the middle of winter to cool myself down again.
If it really worries your friend, perhaps she would be advised to go to her doctor and ask for some blood tests.
