you can setup a computer at home that allows Remote Desktop Connections. You can connect to the computer using Remote Desktop and then surf using your home PC connection. You should be on DSL or Cable to try this. If you do not have a dedicated IP address you can look at software like No-Ip which gives you a DNS address for your dynamic IP Address.
