It is the cheapest rates available for carriers that i carry. I also carry Sunrocket at 16/mos or a flat rate fee at $199 or Packet 8 the only carrier that carries the voip videophone, where pkans are from 24.95/mos.
Check out all the carriers I have for your area on my home page.
