hi guys. i have just been to kidapawan, a place which is two hours away from home. we went there to visit my grandma. i dont really like riding in cars especially for such a long time. lolz. its either i feel cooped up, dizzy or nauseous. so that is why i just tend to sleep for the whole ride.

I have always loved car trips. When I was a kid my family would take whole day car trips. What I love about riding in a car is that there are so many beautiful sights and scenes to see. Well, this is at least true in my country. I guess a car trip can be boring if the landscape was all flat.

um actually, the landscape in my country is also beautiful. but you see, i have never been the one who appreciates nature and all that. :P lolz. i mean, i dont know why i am like this but it seems that i cant appreciate nature. i mean, the trees, the grass, they really have no effect on me. :P lolz.
and besides, i do get dizzy when i try to look at the scenery while the car is moving. poor me. :(

Hello jlara! Sorry I haven't replied on that lost discussion the "college people" one..lol.
Well anyway, yeah I love car trips...especially longs ones. I like sight seeing. I like being quiet and thinking...so car tripping is a good reason for me to stare in space and not be bothered by people. lol..

hi there! :)
its okay.. :) hehe. :) well, i guess we are different in this one because like i said, i really dont enjoy car trips because they make me feel dizzy. :P lolz. :) but the thinking time and the space is a bit nice, i experience that too just before i fall asleep during car trips. nobody dares to bother me.. lolz. :)

Car trips aren't so bad. I just hate being in a car for a long period of time without being able to get out and stretch my legs a little bit. I also hate when people get cranky and start taking it out on the other people in the car with them. Every trip I take however always ends up with someone getting cranky and ticked off at me and I never do anything wrong. And it's hard for me to ignore it simply because I'm always the navigator.

hi there! :)
so, you know how to drive, huh? and i would presume that you are the navigator whenever you engage in long car trips? *sigh* i kinda envy you because for a long time i have been wanting to learn how to drive and yet i am kinda shy to ask my mom to let me enroll in the driving school because it is a little bit expensive. lolz. :P

Yes I love car trips, it's so much funner than the planes! I don't like to get stuck, but if I do have a choice, I would rather do it with a car. I think it's quite adventurous to go on a car trip because beside the destination, we could stop and check out different things when we are on the way, and also the scenary too! I love watching things go by and think about different things in the car trips! *laughs* I never fall asleep because I love to stay alert at all times.

I love to travel and see beautiful scenery the car goes past. I am fine if I sit in the front of a car but if I sit in the back of a car I can feel nauseous. I think it is important for me to get fresh air in this case. I think I can feel a bit cooped up on very long journeys so on these I like to stop off a few times.
The longest car journey I have been on was from Brisbane to Cairns in Australia. We left in the afternoon on Christmas Eve and traveled through Christmas Day getting there in the early hours of Boxing Day. I was happy that we stopped on a gorgeous palm fringed bay for a swim and a bit of a rest. The weather was lovely and hot. It was a tiring journey but quite a scenic one.

Oh, dear! You have motion sickness. I have one too. I mean whenever I travel I get dizzy and nauseous that sometimes I want to vomit. Its a good thing that we already have bonamine. I do take bonamine whenever I know there's a long and bumpy ride ahead. As much as I love car trips, my trips can either be fun or a torture. So if I failed to drink an anti-motion sickness pill, i try to sit in front where I can see the road or just sleep. I also tell the driver not to drive like a mad race driver. Driving like its your last aggravates my motion sickness. Texting while on bumpy trip is also a no no for me. Well, I do hope I answered your question. :)
