How will you do when your baby has a fever?

MY baby had a fever for two days. I gave she a little of medicine to eat.but no effection. Her temperature is 37.5 degree,what shall I do? Let she have medicine ? What will you do?

37.5 is not that dangerous. but even i worried myself sick if it went over normal with my baby. i used pain and fever meds but i dont anymore. i use homeopathic meds nowadays. it has fewer side effects. try a luke warm bath. thats the advice they usually give. just a few degrees lower than her temperature. do it frequently. like on the hour or so. it can be stressful.
