Why are there bosses who orders you in general

it may be because boss have enough belief in your capabilities, so she likes to give you more responsibility, but there are bosses who leave even their job to subordinates, so if you can take it in a positive way , this will only help you.

Unfortunately, nowadays you don't need experience to become a boss. you just need to be bossy!

I used to work for a man that would not explain everything to me also.I just started with the company as a manager.He just assumed I knew what he was taliking about.This was a store manager position I had.So I would call other stores and ask what the heck he meant.This was a problem for me.I knew how to run a store.So I went higher up and talked to his boss about it.He was nice and helped me.I got lucky because he understood.Most don't.I don't know what kind of job you have but this worked for me.My store was ranked #35 and I brang it to #3.

Possibly your emplyer has so much on their minds that they think that they are giving you all of he necessary information for you to be able to complete that task... Maybe they assume that you do not want to be told extreme details...as you have worked there for a while now... If the task that they are asking to be done is unclear..I would politely ask them for a few more details....or I would repeat back to them what you heard....maybe this will spark them to fill in the undisclosed information....
