What if your life was a dream or not true?

Let's say that when you were 5 years old, you got into an accident and lost consciousness for 20 30... years (your age minus 5)
the past 20 years has only been a dream; you never had a best friend; never had a bf/gf; you dont even have sister/brother?
Its like your mind made up all the events of your life while you were in a coma?
