I think,during working,we should do more works and boast little of yourself,your achievement is from your real actions.Every boss dislike any employee who only can flatter the senior but do nothing. Certainly,you may encounter some colleagues who make you unhappy and even block you in working,in my opinions,you should keep your temper,and do your jobs,don't quarrel with him,you should show your grace.
