First rain in Summer...

The first drops of rain, falling from above, makes me wet. It flows from my hair down to my face, cheeks, shoulders. Flows down through my chest, navel... Even my secret parts turn chilled... I am longing for heat, my mind wanting fire

well, i don't want heat, my mind doesn't want fire anymore...i want the chilling sensation to feel, to feel through all my nerves...let it swallow down my throat and pass through the intestine...i can feel the chill...its unnerving yet desirable...i have soothed considerably...i have soothed to sanity...the burns have calmed...still waiting for more water drops to calm my soul...come, come rain again.

You will go shrinking if it is too chilled. Do not lose the heat in you, the fire in you... The fire can give light too..

global warming is real.everyone around here are very thankful for rain to pour.maybe, except you.you should be ready for the extreme weather conditions that we are going to have from now on.everywhere the weather and climate is not predictable anymore.i am still glad there are no snows here.if it does, it's a joke come true.

Global warming caused by increased industrial pollution; privatization of 'public' resources such as water; the clearing of land or marshes to make way for farmers trying to eke out more profits on the international markets or for multinational companies looking to build new factories. However, growing global awareness and campaigns by environmental groups are also having some impacts in saving ecosystems and endangered species. The latest report from the climate panel predicted that the global climate is likely to rise between 3.5 and 8 degrees Fahrenheit if the carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere reaches twice the level of 1750. By 2100, sea levels are likely to rise between 7 to 23 inches, it said, and the changes now underway will continue for centuries to come. Sorry, dear friend, my climate and temperature are entirely different from this. Thank you for responding.

Drops, dropping drops, water down my clothes does drip, Nice and chilling, on e stream through me clothes flows past my hip. Another and then another and spread it does, all over even past my groin, Thunder and lightening, flashes and roar of the wind A natural disco, a natural dance floor saith my mind. And memories of youth, of fun of cheer ........... Of loss, of the girl I lost, the one I held so dear, The pain, the sorrow as I beheld her mangled form splayed And the evil face of the drunken driver so dismayed. Would I ever love again, would I ever have the feeling, Like the ones I did when I made love to my lost love? How could I ever control my mind's raving screaming? Life it seemed to me was all pus and shove! My life it was a mess, and after a couple of years I did transgress, And did chase and charm to conquer, I confess. No,I couldn't feel anything, nothing at all, the pain so intense, Yet continue to philander did I, I know it made no sense. Until another early rain in spring, actually a thundershower, I met her, and wooed her and her I tried to overpower. She showed me my true face then in a mirror so real, My true face so ghastly, so ghostly, so surreal! Ashamed was I, how, when, why did I lose myself, my humanity? Gentle and understanding was she and became my wife, Retaught me and helped me, I say with all humility. And brought me all the joys and pleasures that make up our life!

It has rained here for a week straight now. It even rained over the festival we had in town, but that didn't stop the people, although I wish it had. I love the smell after the rain. The smell of freshness, all the heat and old washed away with the new fallen rain. I love to relax watching a storm through the window. Hearing the rain fall on the roof.

Rain is a refresher. The long awaited first drops of the summer rain showers freshness. It brings a smell, music and make minds dance. It is heard that, the smell of the first rain takes the snakes out from their burrows to eat the sand. Thank you Misheleen.
