Myself included, She is in jail as we speak. So I guess we though wrong didn't we. So how do you think she is doing in jail? I picture her in there pouting and asking for things she will never get.

I just read that she's been sent home with a bracelet. So she's served 3 days out of the 46 days (am not too sure, I think it's 46) that she was originally sentenced to. That just seems so wrong.

I think it is funny. I couldnt imagine her behind bars. But she is in a special little room all by herself and no cellmate, Im sure that it just makes it that much easier. I mean how hard caan it be when u are a celebrity.....she is prolly getting pampered compared to what everybody else is getting there. Do u think this is a lesson or do u think she will do it again? I bet she will do it again. I dont understand theese people...if u are going to drink at a bar ALL NIGHT LONG and u have a chauffer? Might as well call him instead of driving drunk right? I would.

Yeah that would have been the smart thing to do.

Personally I don't care if she pouts- She committed a crime- I hope she learns her lesson- I listened to her at the MTV awards the night prior to turning herself in- She said she was scared- and she was doing this to hopefully teach people a lesson-- I'm guessing to not drink and drive- I'm hoping- She is a role model to a lot of younger girls- so I'm glad she turned herself in- and I really hope she does tone down her act when she gets out- Probably wishful thinking I know!

I think she is scared out of her mind and has not slept at all. I think she will not be eating much because it is not what she is use to. I am glad she has to pay her time.

She's probably spending the time writing a book and will end up making more money from her in jail experience.

I think she will get the things she asks for. I really do think they will treat her differently because she is who she is. If something were tohappen to her, the probability of lawsuits and whatnot are way higher because who she is, and all her money. I think they will be easier on her . And that is wrong. It is not fair for regular everyday people who have to do it, why should she get special treatment? It is just not right.

I would like to know how she thrived as well. Do you think it will really do her any good? Or will she go back to her old Hilton ways? I hope this does turn her around. It is is miserable enough, it will. I am sure it isn't any stay like she is use to.
