Today a friend of mine was telling me that he has read a report over the most deadly art of self-defence. he said that amongst Ninja, Taekowondo, Marshal Arts, Karate etc, NINJA is the most fast, deadly and lethal. have you people read that report?? What do you think is it right that Ninja is most dealy?? How many of you are familiar with the art of ninja, and have earned some belts in it??

I saw this really cool documentary on National Geographic once, and in that the most lethal were as you said, Ninjitsu, it's using techniques, and not strength or speed to bring your opponent down, and it can be deadly. It looked so cool too. Another really deadly one was mauy thai, which is thai Kickboxing where you use your elbows, and knees, basically your joints to overpower your opponent, again this one is about technique and speed or power. In fact the most deadly martial arts, don't really make use of power but of technique. Another one jujitsu, which uses different moves that actually look like submission moves that they use in wrestling. These can be lethal because you could potentially break every bone in the body by applying the right pressure at the right point. It's all so interesting. I would love to join a martial arts class, but all the ones here are mostly for Taek won do, which I don't find that interesting. Even in that show, it was one of the least lethal type.

Well Jujitsu like many other martial arts is Japanese. It's mainly about grappling moves, but can include anything from biting to kicking as well. Actually you can read it up on Wikipedia online, they've got some really good info about it. I remember the first time I heard about it, was in the movie, matrix, when Neo says, "Jujitsu, I'm gonna learn jujitsu?"

Ninjutsu is no doubt the most deadly art. But the real reason why it is deadly is because it is not a single art but an combination of a number of disciplines. Only after a student has accomplished him/her self and become an expert in a number of these disciplines , can they be called true ninja. and some of these skills are just out of the world. Besides fighting and weapon skills, they are also taught silent movement, evasion, spying, as well as survival skills and a form of magic as well.

I was about to post this topic (titled: The most dangerous Martial Arts) and luckily I found this thread by searching martial arts under the discussion category. As for me, probably the most dangerous was like the show "THE HUNTED". Origin of what type of what type of martial arts was in the Philippines during the 70's but was develop by the americans by the following years. It's much dangerous because the form was to survive and kill with bare hands using a man-made knife.

Hmmmmmm....Ninja's , they are assasins of the samurai or fuedal lords from japan. I think ninjutsu techniques are dangerous. They are really fast but problem is do they exist? Is any one there who teaches ninjutsu? Do they still practice those mystifying arts or hidden arts?
