We all know that. Are you asking something or just stating a fact because you assume we all are a bunch of idiots? I am blunt, but I am old enough to be. Now why do people who are insulin resistant find it more difficult to lose weight? And if you find difficulty to lose weight, is it because you are diabetes prone, or is it a sure sign that you have diabetes rather than ones put out like losing a lot of weight, being extremely thirsty, etc. Why does a low carb diet work for diabetics and how can one gradually introduce the other foods without the weight going up again? I am sure my friends who have diabetes would like to know, so they can to showers and outings without worrying that they will gain ten pounds at one sitting.
