Any special ways to cook chicken?

i have been eating chicken most of the time. sometimes just get a little sick of it cause there is only few way to cook it. anyone has any fast and simple ways to cook it?

Take chicken thighs and bake them on a cooking rack (skin facing up). Sprinkle them with whatever seasonings you like. I use cajun seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper, maybe some basil. Serve them up with a box of rice pilaf (you know, rice-a-roni works fine) and a side of any type of veggies. Tastes great!! Check out ALLRECIPES.COM and look up chicken. Tons of recipes there, too.

Steam it with a small quantity of XO and apply chicken marinate on it. Put a small amount of pepper and it will be yummy!

Grill or deep fried chicken is very delicious. And I also like cola chicken:)
