I don't cry in public I hate to be seen crying.. and I don't talk about things that make me sad.. for me if I was hurt I just write it or draw it on a paper then through it away... I envy people who can cry I think crying can make you feel better but won't solve any problem... thanks for the interesting post :)

thats a nice way on disposing your sadness or anger. i think people should have a attitude like yours. quarelling or having a quarell or crying will really cant solve anything. i think crying can really help but crying all the time is very irritating. thanks for the response a + rate for your response

I have found over the years that the times when I am under the most stress and tired tha I am more likely to cry. However I do believe that it is a good idea to talk problems over to make them right again.

very well said, if you want to cry then cry but make sure while you are pouring yourself out think of a way how to solve a problem. it would really make you feel better if you have something in your mind that will solve it. thanks for the response

Hello! I'm a cry baby, my tears are very shallow but for me it depends on the situation. When i'm having an argument with someone, I'd rather talk than cry in front of that person. As much as possible I don't want that person to see me crying especially when I know i'm right. I always want to give an impression that i'm strong when i'm in an argument but the moment I stop talking, tears would fall down my cheeks. Between talking and crying, I reckon that crying makes me feel better afterwards. There are times when i'm down and sad, I'd rather be alone and cry than feel okay after. There are times as well that when I have problems and I would be crying while talking to my friends. Everytime i'm sad and have a problem I always say that it's no big deal, i'll just cry then i'll be alright. *smile* ciao! c",)

Yes, roniroxas, crying its sometimes the only way to trash all sadness and dissapointment inside my hearth, but im not gonna stop just like that, Im grow up and, i will find the way to clear that mess and cheer my self up. So pathetic if i stop only just one sad feeling that is sadnnes. People will see me as a sad person, aren't you agree?

Oh I definitely feel so much better after I have a good cry. Crying releases the stress I am feeling at the moment. I think there is actually some chemical that is released from the body when you cry.

I did not cry for a long time.when I was a child,I was fond of crying,if only I feel upset I would cry.but now, after grown up,I seldom cry.actually,I think crying is good for our body.sometimes,I feel depressed, then if I cried I will feel better.it can release our stress.

No, crying doesn't make me feel better or feel released. On the contrary, I will feel worse after that. But there is no other way, I can't help crying when I am sad.

I don't think crying solves anything. When there's a situation where I feel like crying, I do so in my own private time; I feel embarassed and uncomfortable crying in public. I'll usually cry by myself for awhile to release my emotions and all those happiness endorphins (naturally, it makes me feel better), but then I'll actually do something to solve the problem that caused me to cry in the first place.

hi honey, nice user name. well crying is but natural we are humans. but yes, crying cant solve anything we should try to talk it over or solve it. after crying do something to change the situation or atleast talk about it. thanks for the response

I think crying is cathartic. It helps with the release of emotions. Too much pent-up emotion is unhealthy. That said, I don't cry often. When I'm angry I'll make my feelings known and communicate it. Then the issue can be resolved. Crying is a good way of releasing emotions but it might not solve problems. (: cheerio!

Yeah I do. When I get caught up in a conflict or a confrontation, I would just take off and do some good crying. It eases the pain in my chest. I feel like my chest is gonna explode if I don't cry. When I'm done, that's when I come out and face the problem or whatever it is that is bugging me head on.

Crying lifts your mood. Crying releases endorphins which are hormones that act as both mood elevators and pain killers. That’s why you feel much better after crying.
