If a conflict arose between your friends at work and management and you were asked to choose a side, who would you pick?
Management who provided you with employment or your work friends whom you have shared your working life with?

Well, really, it would depend on what my point of view was as to which side I would choose. I'd try not to pick with my heart, but with my head, otherwise I would choose the side of my workmates.
