trouble in our highschool yahoo group...

I was not responding the messages from our yahoo group lately as a form of rebellion with what has been happening with our highschool yahoo group. Three years ago the group was a place where we could exhange messages and news about where abouts, love life, family, career and a lot more, But lately, there was a tampering of pictures with obscenity and the suspect used obscene pictures using the head of one of our batchmates.
The victim was really mad about what had happened and I also in effect felt bad about what the suspect did. Its as if they no longer have respect with one another and now the group has turned into a warzone people sending messages of sadness and some were angry and helpless since have not known the identity of the suspect. He used other name or unknown email address to mess thins around in our yahoo group.
Have you experienced this kind of situation/

I haven't experienced actually since I never have a yahoo group. However, I belong in the group in friendster. It is indeed sad to know what is happening. Maybe some people got jealous and just want to break up your group. I hope you would all overcome such thing and prove to that person that your friendship is stronger to weather such kind of intrigues.

I have not had it happen to me but spamming is big nowadays. Everyone likes to spam now and forums like that are always victims to such an act.
