GRANDPA BOB NEEDS OUR HELP! -webeishere-

Grandpa Bob hasn't been able to log into his account so he created a new one asking his friends for help in contacting mylot about it. Seems mylot hasn't replied back to his questions on why he can't log in. I know he has alot of friends but unfortunately we share only a few friends so far so hope some of them read this and help him out. I will write to them on his behalf also, this is not fair now he looses all his old points and needs to start from scratch. I just got an "New friends invite" from Grandpa Bob and approved it and I will try to help. Hey, if it can happen to him it can happen to any of us. I hope this problem gets fixed. If they can't reopen his old account then I hope they at least give him his old points back.

I hear ya, howard. Mylot replied back to me 4hrs ago saying they are looking into his problem. Guess if they get hit by e1 on his friend's list and anyone else who likes his postings then mylot will realize just how well liked/loved he is here in mylot. I added him as well but hopefully he won't need his new account soon. Thank you to everyone who has replied and trying to help Grandpa Bob get his old account back.

I just went and responded to his discussion, and I also sent an email to admin about his account. I hope this gets straightened out. Even though he wasn't on my friends list, I did read a lot of his discussions, and for the life of me, I can't see a reason for his account to be deleted. He's an awesome guy. This just seems to be happening way too much around here lately.

First thing I thought was wtf when I saw his discussion about the login problem he was having. I sent mylot a private message instead of an email and got a quick response from them. They said they are looking into it and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Now we will see how long it takes mylot to correct the problem. Would be sad if we lose Grandpa Bob here. :-(

I always call it "email" but I used the private messaging here on Mylot to contact them. They haven't gotten back to me on it, but at least they contacted you. Thanks for the update hon.

I sent mylot a message. I do hope that it can be cleared up, and that he does not get banned. I really enjoy him being here, and would think mylot a sadder place with out him here!

Grandpa Bob had better not get banned. He's one of the reasons why I stay here with all the crap going on with some of my other friends on here lately. He's awesome!!! :-)
