Spider bites or ant bites

Has anyone ever been bitten by a spider or ant. I was laying in bed and felt something sting on my leg. I quickly took off my pjs and an red ant fell out. It made me shiver thinking of an ant in my pants...yuck..lol My neighbour down the street got stung by a white spider in her garden. The spider had a stinger on its bum. Never seen one of these little buggers. About bugs I am really nice to everything and always put them outside...:)
