Men and Women all have EGOs, Do you agree?

I think everyone has a certain degree of EGO in their body or mind or system. Maybe that is why its hard for us to all get along together. Maybe thats is why people tend to like some and also dislike some too. If the opposite person's ego is too high, people avoids him. Same with those with have LOW ego. For me i dont much mind all about Ego, i just live life as it is. Is this true or just a saying? Does this apply to you?
