which is the best way to reduce DANDRUFF?

now a days u can see a lots of advertisment on tv or hoarding of the shampoos which can remove ur dandruff. What i want is that which is the best shampoo? OR do u have any thing else which can remove dandruff?

head and shoulders seems to do the trick. It worked for a couple of people in my life =)
