is it true that if you eat many chocolates it really doesnt make you fat?

for many years i thought that eating chocolates will make me fat. hehe.. but last time i heard a sexy and a health conscious but a chocolate lover girl said that eating chocolates doesnt really make you fat. she explains that chocolates are one main sources of energy. and to those who are busy chocolates are the best food for you. haha.. so, i will make my day busy.. hehe..

Hi! Eating chocolates, especially if you eat alot, would definitely make you fat. Chocolates are full of calories which hasten fat cells to multiply. These fat cells (which are primarily determined by heredity) greatly enlarges when we store a lot of fat and calories. As opposed to what i just read in your latest response, chocolates do not necessarily increase our cholesterol. I read that chocolates have stearic acid which does not increase cholesterol. With regards to your friend still staying slim in spite of eating a lot of chocolates, this maybe because of her metabolic rate. She may have a higher metabolic rate and her body efficiently breaks down food and burns off fuel. So even if she eats a lot of chocolates, she does not get fat. :)
