Lawsuit filed by Durham vs. N.E.Bank re. fire engine

Durham wasn't the only fire department affected by the bank's closing down EVM Inc. The fire departments in Candia, N.H. and Beecher Falls, Vt. were also taken to the cleaners by this bank's unethical policies.

It is pretty weird that a bank is trying to got the fire departments into trouble. What does the bank have against the fire departments anyway? Fire departments are needed for the community living around that area. Would you mind tell us more details on the lawsuit and how were the fire departments involved are doing now?
