what part of your body gets wet first? mine is feet, specially when it is rainy season in our country and because we dont have a water heater so i will take the risk to bath with that cold water. once my feet gets used to the coldness of the water then there is nothing to worry about anymore, i can use that cold water to bath. how about you.... what part of your body gets wet first?

for me, it will always be the hands first as i test the coldness and the warmness of the water that will come pouring from the shower head. next shall be the head. i always start my showers with shampooing my hair. after having properly shampooed my hair and used hair conditioner, i will proceed always from the face down. it appears to be logical this way. getting cleaned from the top then going down, down, down. this means that i always end up scrubbing my feet as the last phase of taking a shower or of bathing.

do you have to explain your routine while in the shower. lol. actually its logical really to start that way.... i also start on shampooing of my hair but as i enter the bathroom i always wet mt feet first.... i dont even know why i just got used to it. thanks for the response trinidadvelasco.

That was something I never take note of. I am not aware of that at all. Well since I do have a shower at home my head gets wet first.

Usually I will have a shower from the top to the end. So my hair will get wet and I will wash my hair at first.

hello! once i had a chance of hearing discussion and learnt that it is good for health to go for bath daily at least once in the morning.since then may be for the last 40 years i have been taking my bath once a day in morning hours.i like always a shower bath with cold water, so naturally my bathing process starts from head to foot.there is also scientific justification to this effect.
