I experience the short term memory loss. Its incredible, I can remember things that happened years ago with no problem, but ask me what happened yesterday, and it could take me a few before I have an answer. Sometimes those of us who party a bit can experience the short term memory loss. I think that may be the reason for mine.

Usually I experience this one when I'm not really into the conversation or if my mind is wandering off the topic (like if I have other concerns or other things in mind). Usually it's what they call 'lack of focus' that's why we tend to forget. Or maybe it has something to do with you being so excited about telling something that your mind is too fast and your mouth just can't cope up. *LOL* I usually just retrace my path and remember what I'm supposed to say or do. That usually helps. This also happens to me when I'm distracted by problems and stress. My mind just can't think clearly and the words that come out of my mouth are not what I opted it would be. Well, maybe it's stress. But if you always forget. Now that's something else, if you're older then maybe you got Alzheimer's knock on wood. Anyways, don't worry, it's normal, unless you really have psychological problems that you don't know of. =)
