Yes I think they can too because my best friend happens to be a guy. And we have been friends for over 10yrs with no problems at all.

I have friends from both the genders. I am a girl and I have more guy friends than girls. My guy friends are cool dudes and great buddies. Some of us are friends for over 7-8years and we still rock. It all depends on how well you choose your friends. One reality I have realized over the last few years... A guy can even lay down his life for a guy/girl friend.. U cannot expect this from a girl for her girl friend.. she might do it for a guy friend but never for a girl friend.. comments are welcome...

I had the same situation. I was really good friends with a guy and he was like the perfect guy b/c we had so much in common, but it was like kissing my brother.

yeh most men are friends with women they fancy..but i`ve had men friends for years and years. no problems and there good friends with my other half to. i think you have to just be friends from the start or they keep on hoping.. what do you think guys?

Funny because in my experience women can be really scandalous and guys are so much easier to get along with. Maybe that's because I'm a girl too or something but most of my friends are male.

I agree, some women have scandalous behaviour. Its difficult to find girls who r easy going like men..... coz i search a lot ...... Well i'm sure u r not like those some woman coz u have many male friends... nice meeting u

i think guy friends are great. & not to be rude, but the best male friends are those who are gay.

same here, I had a guy friend before my husband for 6 years and nothing ever went on between us. We never even tried anything he now has a girlfriend and I am married. He and hubby are great friends also.

I agree also!! I have more male friends then I do female friends. Mainly because they are not big gossups and you can tell them anything (they can keep secrets). I love having that freedom. With most women I always have to be careful because like to talk behind your back, so it is really hard to trust a women.

Well I already have so many good friends, & I always look for good people with whom I can have an everlasting friendship. I have evolved so much as a person in the company of all my good friends.. I thank them all for being with me!!!
