A good book for learning PHP/MYSQL?

Hi. Does anyone out there have any good recommendation on books that will help me learn PHP/MYSQL ? I have gotten the php for dummies book and i am just looking for something that might be a little more simple to read for someone who is a beginner in this. I know html/css and i am just now wanting to venture into the php. I need a book that would help me step by step in learning how to install apache,php,mysql that is EASY to understand and read. Thanks in advance.
