I use a normal cordless qwerty keyboard... I don't think it's an anti RSI keyboard, and it had a warning on the back about RSI... I do have a gel pad that sits just underneath my keyboard though for resting your wrist on :) xx

thanks for your response, anti RSI keyboards are mostly "A" styled keyboards because "A" is the normal position of our hands.

I use a regular normal keyboard that has a cord. I didn't know much about the Anti RSI keyboard unless it's the wireless ones. If that's it, I know what they are and I don't have one currently. Maybe down the road perhaps.

We were using bottom of the line keyboards at work and I was starting to feel it. By Friday night my arm was so week I couldn't lift my purse with my left arm. It scared me, then in with a new boss and he bought us Microsoft anti RSI keyboards thye are great. It took me a couple of days to get used to it and the new improved mouse, but now I am sold and my pain is gone after just a couple of weeks. I think everyone should use them.
